Built in the 1960's with a loft conversion in the 1970's.

This is the view from the terrace / balcony, over to the dunes. The Watering Hole pub is at the foot of the dunes.

In this shot the tide is in. Once a month the tide is big enought that at hight tide I can see the sea from the house !
